Hi.  I'm just trying out Roundup.  In the Introduction section at
http://www.roundup-tracker.org/docs/design.html#introduction, I read:

        For the philosophy and rationale behind the Roundup design, 
        see the first-round Software Carpentry submission for Roundup.

And there is a link to http://www.roundup-tracker.org/docs/spec.html
which is a dead link (404 Not Found).

Could you please fix the dead link?  I'd like to read this document.
