I had a bit of trouble configuring Roundup recently: cookies weren't getting set properly and I was getting infinite redirects. This was because I had configured
[tracker]
web = http://localhost/
instead of
web = http://localhost/trackerName
I was wondering if you could add a note to the documentation (http://roundup.sourceforge.net/doc-1.0/customizing.html ?) mentioning this problem (preferably including the word "redirect") associated with incorrect configuration. I was searching Google for ages and nowhere was mentioning it!
