OpenHatch helps new people to get involved in open source projects. It 
does this by scanning trackers for issues that are easy to pick up by 
people completely new to development.

It would be nice if Roundup project itself provided such issues for 
OpenHatch. Usually it is just a query for specific ticket attribute, 
like 'easy' keyword. But because keywords in Roundup are not editable by 
everyone to help with triaging (and core developers probably won't have 
time for that - they'll fix it faster), perhaps there could be a 
different mechanism to grep for such issues.

If Roundup tracker provides convenient instrument for other projects 
that use it - that would be awesome too, but falls out the scope of this 
report.
