In the "Migration" section of the online docs I think that
it should remind us to delete the "__init__.py" file under
the detectors directory.
It should also recommend the user not place any python
helper files under the extesions or detectors directory
(moving them to a custom subdirectory under site-
packages with an empty __init__.py works fine.)
