for use with Exim 4.

The version of installation.txt used was taken from cvs
a few days ago.

Thanks for putting this in. Just a minor comment. In the
title for that section ('As a custom router transport using
a pipe process (Exim 4 specific)'), it would probably be
preferable to put

router/transport

instead of 

router transport
