Here is an updated french translation based on the
roundup.pot file shipping with the 0.8.5 release.
I've merged the already existing translation from
Georges Martin (fr.po) with roundup.pot line by line to
fix the msg_id's and msg_str's that were out of date.
Now, the only out of date translation is the command
line usage for the roundup-server script.

Rename the attached 'fr.po' file as 'roundup.po' and place
it in your Python/Share/locale/fr/LC_MESSAGES directory to
use it in an existing installation.
