I would like to be able to submit an update to an issue
without knowing its title (meaning I want the same
title kept). [Context: tracker/src control coordination
idea].

However, if I submit a mail whose subject is something
like:

[issue1025] [status=done]

I get an error email and the issue is not updated. It
just says an error occurred but no details. I don't get
a traceback email as administrator.
