Add the chance to use an alternate way to send mail. See details in roundup-users mailing list specifically in those messages with "Send mail asynchronously" as Subject. Unfortunately the referenced sourceforge.net mailarchive records return a permission denied error now. If this issue means what I think it means (e.g. send email at a later time if it fails when submitting an issue) -- no sorry, this won't currently be implemented, better set up a local mailer on the roundup server that never fails -- it will handle retries for you.
