It would be great if there was an option to allow the 
system, based on config parameters, to automatically 
raise issue priorities when they have not been worked 
on for XYZ period of time.

I guess you would want to be able to specify the time 
per category and perhaps have the option to override 
this for any given issue also.

This isn't really a generic feature I'd add to Roundup 
itself. I'd be happy to discuss the implementation of such 
a feature on the roundup-users mailing list.
