Hello, with the version 1.2.0 of Roundup there is now
a much better way to select users from the list. The
option now allows searching for users instead of
listing them all on a page with the addition of user
help-search.html file.
While searching for users has become easier when
associating them with an issue, the page to list all
users does not allow searching. It would be nice if
that page would have a search capability as well.

From my reading of this, it looks like the requester wants a
user.search.html page. Probably for classic template.

Searching form from website/issues/html/user.index.html can be added
to all templates.
