If in a comment you mention a URI, for example <http://pypi.python.org/pypi/roundup/>, then roundup makes it into a clickable link but includes the trailing > character (which is not a legal character in URIs) so the link is wrong.
If this bug tracker were using Roundup instead of Sourceforge I would be able to provide a demo :-(.
I'm using roundup-1.4.4 shipped with Fedora 9.
