Hallo,
roundup does not automatically detect the summer time / winter time switch in the countries using sumemr/winter time.
It would be nice, if it did it.

Timezone support is available for a long time but requires an additional
module, the pytz package (in debian available as python-tz), see
http://roundup.sourceforge.net/docs/installation.html which states:
"Full timezone support requires pytz module (version 2005i or later)"
