When somebody passes an invalid parameter to startwith (or pagesize),
roundup crashes, sending a complaint email to the admin. For some
reason, this gets frequently triggered by search engines and bots.
I'm attaching a patch that suppresses these errors, but it might be even
better to provide a proper error message instead.
