If an issue has a german "umlaut" (äöüÄÖÜß) in the title, the generated
mail has an additional "]" at the end. Maybe this is a general problem
with non-ascii-chars in the subject?

Examples:

"[issue18] Sortiermöglichkeiten bitte einrichten]"
"[issue44] $$:Rügemer: Bankster vor Gericht]"
"[issue16] Löschen einer Archivseite]"

Maybe th problem dont' exists with more than one non-ascii char.

example:

"[issue45] TEST!!!!???ÜÜÜ"

I cannot reproduce this (and have several active trackers running where
this should have surfaced). Can you give a step-by-step example how to
reproduce this and re-open this issue if the problem persists? Maybe a
problem with a custom detector that modifies the title property?
