Done. Finished the small shell script I created in July 2020. Put it in place at moin.cgi. It puts up a redirect page and redirects after 5 seconds to the request page at wiki. The page has headers set to prevent caching. May need to revisit that, but I think a non-cached response will work. I set it to non-cache to clear debugging env var dump from the caches. I have since removed debugging, but the no-cache setting should clear anything left in the sourceforge cache.
