Document how to set up a virtual environment to run roundup.

Basic venv directions were done.

isso includes setup of service to run it. I wonder if we should add something similar.

We would need one for roundup-server, wsgi server (there is a systemd gunicorn template in
scripts). If they are using zope or something else, presumably they would have a
service already set up.
