consider:

  * adding a resend email button to the template=rego_progress; should invalidate
    original key and generate a new one
  * include email address where the verification was sent; in case they typoed it on
    the prior screen (also have a way for the user to go back and edit if they messed up.
     may just be text saying to use the browser back button.)
  * change "Name" label to "Full Name"
  * I think we do ok on a11y, but audit template anyway.

Do this across a all supplied templates and note changes in uprading.txt.
