Pull up a named web search. You will see the name in the page title and the page
header. Now select the next link. The name disappears from the title and the
header.

It looks like the next/prev links loose @dispname from the URL.

Fixed in: changeset:   8510:00aec15117c0

The fix is for issues/bugs/tasks in all trackers. Jinja has a separate 
component (macro) for pagination. So this fix will happen for any jinja
template that uses the pagination macro.

In theory any class search is namable, but in practice I think only the
issue or issue equivalent for the template are namable.
