Currently you cannot customize where filters and the
customization view is positioned on the bug index
page.
One might argue that filters and the customization
view belongs together either at the top or
(preferably) at the bottom of the page.
Something like selecting a filter type "AssignedTo"
and specifying the filter "pete" logically belongs
together. Currently you have to jump from the bottom
to the top quite regularly when you use filters
intensively.
