[copied from e-mail to roundup-devel]
Is there any possibality of preserving filenames so
that one can download files with the same name as
they were submitted.
Roundup makes provision for uploading files as
attachments through the WWW interface.
However it is not logged who uploaded the file and
when. Also no option is there to add a message with
the upload, one can either upload a file or one can
submit a message.
I think this should belong together, i.e. when making
changes and adding a note or changing the priority,
one should be able to attach a file (and not as a
separate action with a separate window and a separate
submit button).

All of this information is available, it just hasn't been
used. The file.index template now displays the creator and
creation date. The download link generated but the Link
function now includes the filename at the end so a
download has the correct filename.
