This is just a wild idea:

create a mail interface that gets the messages from a 
POP3 account (like a freemailer one, that is easily 
created to only serve as a roundup sink) and so 
removes the need to own a (unix) host with mail 
processing abilities.

Since there are existing POP3 packages AFAIK, this 
should be not too much work, even. Would do it if I 
were not involved in too much projects already. ;)
