I have installed pre 0.3 version on RH 7.1 but found
difference in behavior with IE and Netscape.
On Netscape (Ver 4.7 (WinME), Ver 4.6 (Solaris) and Ver
4.76 (RH 7.1))
Add Issue: Messages and Files are not displayed
(completely blacked-out)
Edit Issue: Except for the top header, Item
Information, Messages and File lists are not displayed.
The same works fine on IE on WinME. Seems to be an
issue with CSS.

You mention that you're using a pre-release. There was a
display bug fixed in the pre-releases. Please try the
0.3.0 final. One of my workmates used 4.76 on RH7.1 until
very recently, and the pre-release fixes fixed his problem.
Please try clearing the css in your instance home's html
directory and see if that fixes the problem...
