The CGI client page header really needs to be
configurable on an instance-by-instance basis. It
breaks quite quickly when schema changes are made
(eg. removal of the priority class, or just certain
status values...)

This isn't going to be fixed any time soon without a revamp
of the templating system. The header _can_ be changed at the
moment byy overriding it in the interfaces.py file of the
instance. It's documented too.
