i want to have all issues with messages where a certain user (the
customer) is in nosy, limmitable by date.

I'm going to re-assign this as a bug. The functionality is
all there, it's just buggy.
A hint: add an entry to the issue.filter html template, with
field('nosy')... enter a user nodeid to filter for that
user. There's a bug stopping you from entering the username
(which is the bug I'm going to submit when I hit "go" here).
