If an error occurs when submitting via email, the
traceback is only sent to the author, not to the
roundup-admin address as well.
The error message sent to the author should probably
have some text at the header explaining that the
message has not been accepted, and maybe give either
the website address for the roundup instance, or else
the email address for the roundup admin.
