HTML files in doc directory reference the stylesheet default.css, but the latest tarball (roundup 0.5.0) does not include it. The problem appears to be in MANIFEST.in where the line for the doc directory omits css files. Change recursive-include doc .html .png .txt to recursive-include doc .html .png .txt *.css

to
