Platform: Win XP Pro
"python ./run_tests" will fail unless you have Active
State's verison of python installed.
I was initially working with latest from python.org
but this does not have 'win32con', etc

I'm new to python so I won't comment further than to say it
seems to be an undocumented dependency for the system.
Because I am newish to Python it took me a while to twig.
Given one of the project's aims is "simple to install", I felt I
should tell you, so it could be documented, saving others the
smallish amount of pain I went through.

I don't want to restrict users unnecessarily either - if win32con is
available through other channels, then I need to know about it...
