I've just installed roundup v 0.5.4 and tried to create 
a new 'issue'. Even though it seems to work (the issue 
is in fact created), the result page cannot be display 
(probably) due to a wrong URI: 
 
Error response 
Error code 404.  
Message: 
/cgi-bin/roundup.cgi/bugs/issue1?:ok_message=issue%20created%20ok.  
 
Error code explanation: 404 = Nothing matches the given 
URI.  
 
Any ideas?

yes, you were right.  The miss-set TRACKER_WEB variable 
was in fact the problem. I think I was confused about the  
strange value it was originally set to '/cgi-bin/roundup.cgi/...' 
and - not understanding completely how things were 
supposed  
to work - thought that I have to keep that part of the path.
