roundup-admin's find subcommand only searches properties of type links or multilinks. It should be extended to allow searching of all properties of a class. E.G. dates, intervals (using range syntax) etc.

Added new filter command to roundup-admin that can do partial string match. It passes the arguments through as filterspec to underlying filter routine. so it may work for dates etc. Keep this open till full spectrum of searches is done. rev6176:d25638d1826c
