running 0.6 b1, I removed the most recent message in 
the history list,
and the list redisplayed with the oldest message at the 
top instead of
the bottom of the list.  A subsequent new message 
added at the top again,
without reordering the rest of the list.  the sequence 
went like this:

I probably upgraded to b3 before the new message was 
added, in case that
makes a difference.

message order:

5,4,3,2,1   <-- original order

remove message 5 through web interface

1,2,3,4  <-- new order after removing message 5

add message 6 to the list

6,1,2,3,4   <-- message order after added messages
