The upgrading notes state that adding timezone to 
user.info.html is optional and that Roundup will work 
without it.

Not so: the classic template as shipped with 0.6.0 have 
the timezone display templating already added to 
user.info.html and the relevant code already added to 
new trackers' dbinit.py.

This means user.info.html breaks with a templating error 
on 0.5.x databases -- which have no timezone field in 
user.

Suggested fixes:

a) tweak the upgrading docs to note that timezone is 
now on by default -- upgrading installations need to 
either edit dbinit.py or user.info.html

b) tweak user.info.html to display the timezone field only 
if it is present as an attribute of user.
