Roundup sometimes generates a new issue when it really
should append a message to an existing issue if an
"ISO" Mail subject is generated by some braindead email
client. This is due to a subject line that encodes the
character set and some non-ascii characters using lots
of question marks etc. as in the following example:
=?ISO-8859-15?Q?RE:_=5Bissue4731=5D_Re:_update_

This has been fixed in 0.6.x, which is the stable series
right now (see bug 568873).
