I am often forgetting to run the initialise command and
get weird error messages...
roundup should detect automatically a non-initialised
tracker, and initialise it on first use.

i don't think this should be or may be done.
roundup configuration and schema definition must be edited
before 'init' is run. that's why 'install' and 'init' are
two separate steps.
