Today, one of the users added a message via the web
interface and added 3 attachements. Only the first
attachement was sent to the users on the nosy list.

Which version of Roundup are you using?
Do the additional attachments get added to the
issue?

I just tested 0.6.7 with a multipart that contained
three parts:
text/plain
image/jpeg
image/jpeg
and both of the attached images were forwarded to
the nosy list.
What was the actual structure of the message your
user sent to the tracker (just the part content-types
and heirarchy will do)?

I know what happened. The web interface only allows you to
attach one file at a time. The message was sent when he
attached the first file, and then he added two more.
