Works for me (as in, the MANIFEST has the file listed, and it exists in
the tar file).
What did you use to unpack the tar file?

I used winzip (an old version) for extrating the files.
refresh.txt has 0 bytes and I just found out that this is
indeed a problem for this winzip version. It is definitely
not a roundup issue.

Excellent, the MANIFEST check (which I just added in response to a
different winzip usage issue) has indeed worked, and immediately too!
