Maybe not really a bug, but it would've saved me some
time.. :)

Just knowing that a Timezone is actually an offset, and
not a numerical value would've saved me some time.
WOuld it make sense to contrain values in there to
being numerical? And perhaps having a label that
specifies that it expects an offset?
