The attached message (which has had some names changed)
was send to the tracker email address.  It reponded with:

"""
Roundup requires the submission to be plain text. The
message parser could not find a text/plain part to use.
"""

Since there is a clear text/plain part in the message I
think there some bug in roundup's email parser.
