there are some stray files in the 0.7.0 tarball which
also occur in MANIFEST (ie if you delete them setup.py
fails):
roundup/scripts/roundup_mailgw.py.orig
roundup/cgi/.#client.py.1.174
templates/classic/html/.#msg.item.html.1.4

... not sure about that xvpics file:
doc/.xvpics/roundup-favicon_1_16x16x8.png
