When I view "All Support" in the unmodified
extended scheme, then "Redisplay" or toggling
"View customization" off will take me from the
Support index page to the "index" (aka "issue")
page.

Not only is this wrong (it should stay in the
Support page), it also fails because the URL has
properties not available for normal issues.
