I have sent an email with subject:
Subject: [issue] assigned [assignedto=p.ohly]

The reply was a "Failed issue tracker submissiom":
   Assignedto user '3' doesn't exist

So it seems that the property and the user were
recognized (p.ohly = user3), but then submission
failed. Sorry, I don't have time to look at the
source.
