I've tried using K-Meleon 0.6 and M$IE 5.5.
Web server is on Linux, python used is 2.1.1
When I click on 'Submit Changes', I get the error (as above).
This is repeatable and goes away when status is set to
something other than '-no selection-'.
(or on an issue with a status, I set it to '-no selection-',
and then click on 'Submit Changes').
