I think the libs directory within the commpressed
archive of the windows .exe binary distributed for the
most recent .8 version is missing a bunch of stuff. I
think it only includes from the roundup directory and
not from the roundup-0.8.3 directory above it. I used
the .tar.gz version now and installed it manually
succesfully. Also, curious that the .exe is smaller
than the .tar.gz
