When I use the web interface to look at an issue,
I want to find out what the issue is about.

The problem is that the details of the issue - is hidden 
behind a hyperlink to the first message. Yes, one can see 
the first line of the message, but this is usually not enough 
to understand the problem.

I think that the whole message should be presented, not 
just the first line. Also, the message should be placed right 
after the title - after all, it's much more important than 
creation date, superseder etc.

This would also make printouts of issues much more
useful.
