When roundup sends mail about a comment which has been
added to an issue, it'd be useful if it said which user
made the commment. I don't think this should go in the
email headers (eg From header) as it may confuse broken
mail clients.

Here's a patch to put it into the body of the message.
It's a cvs diff against the current CVS version.
