I tested the patch today on win2000 and it does not work,
giving overflowerror exceptions. Hm, so my fix is obviously
wrong, you can close this patch as invalid, and I do not
want to dive into windows 32-bit integer math.
Anyway, for the .deb package I will just delete the
windows-specific stuff to avoid the FutureWarning :)
