This patch fixes two problems in the template "classic":

1. In some places in the code, the keyword field is
called "topic" instead of "keyword", and this shows in
the interface (like in the dropdown for grouping search
results).

2. When creating a new issue, if you click on the
(list) link by the keywords field, a miniwindow pops
up.  If there are no keywords, then the apply and
cancel buttons don't close the window, because there's
a javascript error.
