When submitting an issue to roundup the sender does 
not receive any notification from roundup and is 
forced to go to the web interface to get the issue 
number.  If you work off-line this is quite anoying.

I think that it should be possible to set
notification behaviour in roundup.  I would for 
instance prefer it if I'm notified by Roundup when 
anything changes to a bug where I'm on the nosy list
even if I'm the author.

When I make a change or sumbit an issue, I don't get 
any notification.  When someone else does and I'm on 
the nosy list I do get notification, so this part
works fine.
