Here it is. (For some reasons uploaded was not done, maybe
because I didn't give a description last time.)

As regarding credits: It is always motivation if you put the
names at least in the changelog if people reported bugs or
helped fixing some.
The credits or thanks list certainly is for people doing
more than just one or two bugs.
