I modified the cgi.HTMLItem.history to reflect changes
in a "old -> new"
format.

0.5.2 displays the old value, which is confusing for
some users (e.g. user changes the status to 'resolved'
and the history says: "status: testing", now it will
say "status: resolved -> testing". Just apply to
attached patch file.

Currently, it only works for reversed histories.
Enabling it for
all histories would require to reverse the history all
the time and
reverse the output afterwards.
