Currently this tag 

<title metal:define-slot="head_title">title goes
here</title>

generates:

"Some issue tracker: Issue 1154: Logout Error:"

But if are like me with lots of windows open the
important part "Issue 1154: Logout Error:" gets lost as
the tab/window title only shows the first part of the title

My suggestion is change the head_title macro to return
something like:

"Issue 1154: Logout Error - Some issue tracker"
